Rupertus Firearms Co. "Patriot" .32 RF Pocket Revolver
Jacob Rupertus Firearms was in business in Philadelphia from 1859 to the late 1880's making a variety of small pistols and pepperboxes for the civilian market. Their "Suicide Specials" are generally of good quality and this one is a prime example:
This gun is in excellent condition, with more than 90% of its original nickel plating intact, fine, sculpted hard rubber (gutta percha) grips with crossed American flags, sharp lettering, strong springs. The action is crisp and the cylinder indexes properly. Decent bore with good rifling. Chambered for the .32 long rim fire cartridge, 2 5/8 inch barrel, SN 7691, rated excellent overall.
